Cases

AI gets interesting when it solves real problems.

Selected projects and scenarios from consulting, automation and development. All cases are anonymised; we don't name clients or publish figures we can't substantiate.

Website analysis by a team of AI agents

Situation: A sound website review needs several disciplines: UX, conversion, SEO, technology, brand and the customer's view. Done manually it is time-consuming and too costly for many companies; automated checkers mostly return isolated technical scores without context.
Solution: Nine agents, each with its own role and scoring logic, review the site in parallel: UX, conversion, Google Ads, SEO, visibility in AI search, brand, management perspective, prospective customer and technology. They are allowed to disagree. A chief-consultant agent reads every report, spots patterns, decides on contradictions and writes the executive summary and recommendations.

From enquiry e-mail to order: AI automation of the quotation process

Situation: Several thousand customer enquiries arrive by e-mail every year. Each was handled by hand: contacting suppliers, requesting prices and lead times, calculating, writing the quote and, once accepted, transferring data into ERP, CRM and accounting. Information was spread across several systems, so each case took considerable effort.
Solution: Specialised AI agents read incoming enquiries, extract part numbers, quantities and date codes, query suppliers automatically and interpret their replies, including PDF attachments. A rule-based calculation engine applies supplier-specific rules, and a generator produces the quote including compliance details. Staff approve every quote before it is sent. Once accepted, order confirmation, ERP and CRM are updated automatically.

03Skilled trades

Office work by voice: admin straight from the building site

Situation: Technicians work on changing sites. Information ended up on scraps of paper, in messenger chats or in people's heads, and was typed into the system in the evening or days later. That cost time, delayed quotes and invoices, and left gaps in the records.
Solution: Voice is the input; the screen is only for checking. Saying “New customer Müller, Bahnhofstraße 12, bathroom renovation” brings up a finished record to confirm. The system remembers the active job, so hours, materials and photos are assigned correctly. When something is unclear, it asks instead of guessing.

Camera view inside a jewellery store: the AI marks a detected weapon and raises a warning

04Jewellery retail

Event-based weapon detection for a jeweller

Situation: The store already had cameras. They recorded footage but only helped after the fact. In a robbery, seconds count, and staff have no free hand to raise the alarm.
Solution: The AI analyses footage from the existing cameras and looks only for weapons: objects, not people. When a weapon is detected, predefined steps are triggered: a silent alarm, time-limited recording and a set escalation path. A person reviews every alert.

Vehicle logistics yard with a barrier gate and camera at dawn

05Logistics

An AI security concept for a vehicle logistics centre

Situation: A vehicle logistics centre handles a large number of high-value vehicles on extensive, partly open grounds. External drivers, contractors and visitors come and go every day. Identification at the gate and monitoring of the site are largely manual.
Solution: The concept: an integrated security system with AI-supported video analysis built on the existing camera infrastructure: automated gate entry, monitoring of outdoor areas, zone-based access to sensitive areas and support in investigating incidents.

06Travel

Voice-led travel planning: a whole trip in one conversation

Situation: A young travel company wants to serve discerning independent travellers. Today this group has two options: online portals where flights, hotels and activities are pieced together across many tabs, or traditional travel agencies with good advice but tied to appointments and opening hours.
Solution: We designed and built the platform with voice as the main input: travellers describe what they want freely, and the assistant assembles flights, accommodation, activities and transfers into a coherent itinerary that can be adjusted in the same conversation.

07Media

AI-supported comment moderation for a media company

Situation: A media company runs a large number of digital news sites with comment and community sections. Moderation relied on keyword filters with static word lists. Since February 2024, the Digital Services Act has required platforms with user-generated content to moderate transparently, give reasons and offer complaint routes.
Solution: Pre-publication moderation that analyses text and images through language understanding rather than word lists, documents each decision with a reason and routes borderline cases to moderators.
