AI Mentoring · For executives, entrepreneurs & independent professionals

Clarity in the AI Jungle.

You don't need to know every new AI tool. You need to know which developments matter to you, what you can safely ignore, and how to use AI effectively in your daily work.

In our personal AI mentoring, we work with you over several months to build your own way of working with AI – based on your real tasks, decisions and challenges.

AI Mentoring is the overarching service. AI coaching is part of it, alongside strategic sparring and hands-on implementation.

No course. No standard training. No tool marathon.

Instead, a personal AI advisor at your side.

01The situation

You don't have a knowledge problem. You have an orientation problem.

ChatGPT. Claude. Gemini. Copilot. Agents. Automations. New models, new features and new promises almost every week.

You could try to keep up with all of it yourself. But is that really your job?

As a business owner or executive, you don't need to become an AI specialist. You need to judge what matters to you, where AI really makes a difference – and where it doesn't.

  1. 01

Which of this is relevant to me and my company?

  2. 02

    Which tool fits which task?

  3. 03

Where can AI save me time personally?

  4. 04

    Which processes should I automate?

  5. 05

When is an AI agent worth it?

  6. 06

Which risks do I need to consider?

  7. 07

Which new developments should I take seriously?

  8. 08

And which so-called AI revolution can I simply ignore?

This is exactly where AI Mentoring helps.

02Personal guidance

AI Mentoring goes further than typical AI coaching.

AI coaching usually means a single training session or short-term help with specific AI tools. Our approach goes further.

AI Mentoring is a personal one-to-one programme over several months. It combines AI coaching with strategic sparring, practical application and ongoing context on new developments.

It's not just about using ChatGPT or other tools better. It's about building a reliable way of working with AI that is your own.

Not: “How does this tool work?”

But: “How can AI make my work better?”

01

AI coaching

Hands-on support with tools, methods, prompts and practical applications.

02

Strategic sparring

Putting opportunities, risks, investments and new developments into context.

03

Applying AI to your real tasks, processes and decisions.

03Your advantage

You don't need to follow AI every day.

We do that for you, and we put relevant developments into the context of your role and your company.

Not every new release changes your business. The few that do, you should know about.

01

Orientation

A clear view of which technologies, models and tools are actually relevant to your situation.

02

Application

We apply AI directly to your specific tasks, decisions and processes.

03

04Who it's for

For decision-makers who want to use AI – without becoming AI specialists.

01

Business owners & managing directors

You want to understand how AI affects your company, where the real potential lies and which investments make sense. You don't need another AI keynote – you need a trusted advisor.

02

Executives

You're expected to assess AI topics, make decisions and bring your team along – and want a well-founded view of your own.

03

Independent professionals & consultants

You want to work more productively with AI, develop your services and spot new opportunities sooner.

No technical background required.

05The mentoring

Your topics set the agenda.

AI Mentoring doesn't follow a fixed curriculum. We don't work with generic training slides, but with your actual tasks, processes, ideas and decisions.

You bring a current challenge, a process or a decision – and together we work out the most sensible AI-supported approach.

That might be a simple personal routine. Or the realisation that a process can be automated. Or a deliberate decision not to use a particular technology.

Step by step, you build your own way of working with AI.

— Not theoretical. Ready to use.

06Process

Four steps to your own AI routine.

    • possible AI use cases

What do you bring to the mentoring?

“Which AI model should I actually use?”

“Can I automate this process?”

“How can I prepare meetings more efficiently?”

“Can AI help me with proposals and presentations?”

“Do we need Microsoft Copilot?”

“What is an AI agent – and do I need one?”

“How should my team be allowed to use ChatGPT?”

“Is this new AI tool really relevant?”

“How can I improve my research?”

“Where should our company start with AI?”

“What should I learn myself and what should I delegate?”

“Which AI development will matter for our business?”

Your questions don't need to be perfectly phrased in advance. That's what the mentoring is for.

10Not another AI course

You don't need another AI training.

Typical AI training

  • fixed curriculum
  • generic examples
  • limited time frame
  • many tools
  • focus on knowledge
  • content delivered once

AI Mentoring

  • your own questions
  • real tasks
  • ongoing guidance
  • only relevant tools
  • focus on application and decisions
  • adapts to new developments

The goal isn't to know as much as possible about AI.

The goal is to use AI with confidence.

11AI literacy

AI literacy is becoming a leadership task.

Companies increasingly need to address how their people use AI responsibly and competently. The EU AI Act includes requirements to promote AI literacy among people who work with AI systems.

For executives, though, it's about more than regulation. You need to be able to judge for yourself:

  • which AI applications make sense
  • which risks exist
  • which rules your company needs
  • how employees should use AI
  • where AI delivers real economic value

AI Mentoring builds the personal foundation for this. It does not replace legal advice.

12Why AI Infusion

An advisor who doesn't just explain AI.

AI Infusion helps companies identify, design and implement concrete AI applications.

So the mentoring isn't based on theory or tool demos, but on practical experience with AI processes, automation and AI systems.

  • vendor-neutral advice
  • focus on economic value
  • strategy and implementation combined
  • clear explanations of technical developments
  • experience with AI processes and automation
  • personal one-to-one guidance
  • optional transition from mentoring to implementation

If an idea from the mentoring turns into a concrete AI project, we can implement it together if you wish.

13Your outcome

After three months, you'll have more than new prompts.

You'll have a clear picture of how you want to use AI personally.

  • You know which AI models to use for what.
  • You know the key tools for your work.
  • You've built your own AI routines.
  • You can spot processes with automation potential.
  • You can assess new AI trends more confidently.
  • You know the relevant risks and limits.
  • You can discuss AI topics with employees, partners and suppliers on a sound footing.
  • You have a personal AI roadmap.

You don't need to become an AI expert.

You'll become a decision-maker who uses AI with confidence.

14FAQ

Frequently asked questions about AI mentoring and AI coaching

What is the difference between AI mentoring and AI coaching?

AI coaching usually focuses on specific applications, tools or working methods. AI Mentoring goes further: it combines hands-on AI coaching with strategic sparring, ongoing guidance and context on new developments. The goal is not just to use individual tools better, but to build a lasting personal way of working with AI.

Who is AI coaching for?

Personal AI coaching is especially suited to executives, business owners and independent professionals who want to bring AI into their daily work. Within AI Mentoring, the coaching is tailored to your tasks and goals.

Do I need prior knowledge?

No. We start where you are today. The mentoring suits people who only use ChatGPT occasionally as well as executives who already use their first AI applications.

Is the mentoring a training course?

No. There's no fixed curriculum. Your tasks, questions and challenges determine the content.

Which AI tools are covered?

That depends on your situation. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or specialised AI applications may be relevant. Recommendations are vendor-neutral.

How much time do I need to invest?

Besides the personal sessions, plan some time to try the methods in your daily work. The mentoring shouldn't add to your workload – it should save you time in the long run.

Does the AI coaching take place online?

Yes. The mentoring and coaching sessions can be held fully remotely. In-person meetings in Munich are possible by arrangement.

Can my team be involved?

Yes. If topics come up that affect several employees, additional workshops or training sessions can be arranged.

What happens if we identify a concrete AI project?

You decide how to proceed. If you wish, AI Infusion can take on the design or implementation together with you.

Is AI Mentoring suitable for independent professionals?

Yes. Independent professionals in particular can handle many recurring tasks more efficiently with an individual AI workflow.
